Casa Andina Select Miraflores

Hotels should establish a difference and create some 'little motivational gifts for customers staying more than 10 nights; for example, no charging every single bottle of water daily left at the room, offering at least two laundries for free, offering at least one-dinner at their own restaurant or 2-day Spa, each one with one treatment for free. We did not feel any gesture inviting us to repeat another long stay in that hotel.

The location in Miraflores is excellent. Walking distance to restaurants, stores and to the parks along the coast. The room is large and has all the expected facilities (e.g., safe box, coffee-tea, cold drinks).

I like the quality of Casa Andina hotels in general including those in Miraflores and Huancayo. This Select hotel one is run professionally and is well located. I appreciated Ryan’s prompt handling of an air conditioning problem and Johann’s help with various questions. The beds are comfortable. The bathrooms are modern. The breakfast buffet was pretty complete, included in my rat,e and was a very nicet selection with eggs, fruit, juices, breads, etc. daily. The hotel also has good security without being intrusive. The jacuzzi upstairs is more like a warm to hot small pool but is very nice, especially when sunny on the rooftop. All the staff were very helpful.

Very nice hotel close to shops and restaurants, walking distance ftom the ocean. The staff is particularly nice and helpful; makes you feel comfortable despite being a large hotel. Very good breakfast too.
